Responsibilities of Taluka Nazim

(A) To promote the right way and guidance regarding effortful working of Municipal Administration. 
(B) Improvement of Municipal structure and the correct resources for more improved services. 
(C) Monitor Long terms and annual developmental schemes and the programs. 
(D) To monitor the regulation regarding the services provided by Taluka Municipal Authorities. 
(E) To present the budget suggest for approval in the Taluka Council. 
(F) To present self report of services in the Taluka Council on half yearly basis. 
(G) To utilize in correct way all the funds provided and to keep their accounts. 
(H) To establish internal audit office and to monitor its services. 
(I) To represent Municipal Management on local events. 

Taluka Latifabad is such Taluka which is provided with every blessing from Almighty Allah. It is situated on 
barren and hilly area. On 24th of September 2007 I took over as Taluka Nazim Latifabad under the supervision of 
Engineer Sabir Hussain Qaimkhani and started two usual work. 

I as the Principal accounting officer made some rules and regulation. 
To remove all the complains and got settled all the disputes and made certain by running all the matter as per 
ordinance 2001. I under the supervision of Tehsil Nazim improved the Municipal structure and the services given 
by Taluka Administration. By the grace of Almighty Allah we will try to run the Taluka Municipal Administration of 
Latifabad under the guidance and according to the vision of Taluka Nazim. 
On this moment I am thankful to all the officers and the staff of TMA for extending their cooperation. I also 
congratulation Taluka Nazim and the whole team for issuance of magazine. In the end I pray that Almighty Allah 
may give us the efforts to improve the status of this Taluka.
